Damaged policy

All of us at Nature’s CoCo cup’s would like thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your CoCo cup arrives damaged to the point, of not able to hold liquid you are entitled to an exchange at no cost to you. Please see below for more information on our damaged policy.
DAMAGES
All damages must be registered within three(3) days of delivery date. A damaged item is defined by the following but not limited too , ripped, torn, crushed, to the point that the original CoCo cup can no longer hold a liquid beverage of any sort.To report a damaged item, please email customer service at naturescococups@gmail.com and include the following information order number and photo’s of the damaged cup and packaging to obtain a Damaged Cup Number (DCN). A DCN can not be provided with out photo proof. After receiving a DCN , please still enjoy the powder contents in a cup of your own and plant the sunflower seeds as an additional experience.

1- Subject Line: Damaged cup
2- ORDER # and contact information.
3- Photo of product and packaging.
Please note, you will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
REFUNDS
Nature’s CoCo cups does not offer a refund policy, we only offer a replacement option for any damaged cup’s from shipping as stated above.
Please Note
All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. CoCo cup’s can only be replaced when damaged from shipping.

Order Processing
If you live in Calgary, enjoy curb side pickup or same-day delivery if you place your order before 2 pm. Otherwise, your order will be delivered the following business day.
For orders to the rest of Canada, we do have shipping available with Canada Post. Due to extreme weather variances throughout the year the chocolate disc inside the cup may arrive broken this is due to the chocolate shrinking, but please know that the flavour has not been affected. We at Nature’s are doing our best to increase access to this incredible product. Please allow up to one business day for your order to be processed before shipment. If for any reason, we’re unable to ship your order as expected, we’ll get in touch with you.
Typical Processing Times:
All Weekday Orders (through 2pm PT Friday):
Before 1 pm MST: processed & shipped same or following business day
After 1 pm MST: processed & shipped next business day
Weekend Orders cutoff (1 pm MST Friday through Sunday):
All orders will be processed over the weekend & shipped the next business day
Nature’s CoCo cup’s business days are Monday-Friday, unless we are closed for a recognized Canadian holiday. We do not process or ship orders over the weekend.
Shipping - Warmer Weather
Yes us employee’s love the limited warm weather - nothing like a good tropical Canadian vacation to the West Ed water park, we are Canadian and take what we can get! But it's not so lovable when it comes to shipping chocolate. Our Chocolate topper seal is sensitive to heat, so during our warmer months we replace the chocolate seal with a compostable paper seal to take great care when shipping our products.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for customers located in Canada during the checkout process. Keep in mind that we do not ship orders out on the weekends.
Standard Shipping Canada Post (delivery within 3-7 business days)
Expedited Canada post (delivery within 2-3 business days)
Free local day of delivery for Calgary, Okotoks, Airdrie, Bragg Creek, Cochrane. Min purchase for free delivery is $25 or subject to a $5 delivery fee.
Unattended Packages
If no one is available to receive your order upon arrival at its final destination, our carriers will leave it at the door. If this could pose a problem, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive your package. Nature’s CoCo cup’s is not responsible for damage or theft incurred after delivery.
International
We currently only ship to Canada. Please enter a valid Postal code, street address and phone number when placing your order. Wrong information entered will delay your delivery.
